A Guide to Cheap Purses for Sale

When I first started this site, my goal was to find and direct people to cheap purses.  Not low quality junk, but high quality merchandise at really good prices.  Because there are always a ton of cheap purses available on eBay, and because I've used the site so much myself, I often show off items that are listed on that site.  I also try to point to other interesting sites offering purses for sale at better than average prices, but often it just keeps coming back to eBay listings, eBags and Amazon.  What can I say?  They are huge sites that offer tons of quality merchandise at cheap prices.

Amazon, eBay and eBags are so huge, and offer so many purses and handbags, that what I often end up doing is showing how to deal with a sometimes overwhelming amount of information as you browse the discount handbags.  There are super cheap purses just waiting to be found, but often they stay buried under mountains of purses and handbags being offered on a daily basis.  It has been a while since I've made a post about using specific strategies for finding the best cute purses for cheap, so I thought I'd write up a little bit of a refresher for newer visitors.  Here are some thoughts about some great sites with high quality cheap purses for sale...

Designer Purses on eBay

First off, if you have not visited eBay lately, you may want to click on one page links over on the right to take a look.  One very popular page is the one showing off current deals on Coach purses.  There is such an amazing array of purse styles and designer brand bags, that you can easily miss some great deals if you aren't looking in the right place.  The links on the right are there to help you get where you want on eBay quickly.  I also have tried to add some basic information about each designer purse brand to help out a bit.  eBay has been spending a LOT of time and effort lately giving themselves a bit of a makeover.  For years the site was thought of as a place to buy and sell collectibles and that's about it.  It has been reborn with a strong emphasis on providing buyers with a pleasant shopping experience and high quality merchandise from reliable, trusted sellers.  New requirements and restrictions placed on sellers are being employed to increase buyer satisfaction.  You may also notice many more "buy it now" offers as you browse the listings.  This is good news for people who want cheap designer purses, but don't want to watch for an auction to end.  With that said, I should mention that I've found that many of the very best deals happen when you are willing to play the auction game for a day or two and grab up the deals that so often slip between the cracks on eBay.  There are so many listings for designer bags at any time that many great deals can slip by if you aren't willing to consider bidding on an auction.

eBay is certainly one of the better sources for finding great deals on designer purses, but there are many online outlets available if you look around a bit. That being said, I haven't personally found anywhere with a selection like eBay offers.

Purses on Amazon

There are TONS of purses and handbags for sale at low prices on Amazon.  Here is another place for cheap cute purses that often gets overlooked by people

looking to buy a purse.  Amazon has grown so far from its bookish roots that it isn't even funny.  They handle just about anything you could want to buy now.  Purses on Amazon are plentiful.  You will not find the same brand name variety on Amazon that you will on eBay, but they have some very nice deals.  In addition, many of the items being listed will include customer reviews outlining the pros and cons of each item so you can make an informed decision.

eBags

Handbags at eBags are constantly going on sale.  eBags is a great example of how dealing in massive amounts of merchandise can save money for customers.  With no retail storefronts to maintain, cheap deals have a great chance of making it to the consumer at eBags.  Surprisingly, many people have never heard of the site.  They deal not only in purses and handbags, but also in brand name cheap luggage.  Whether it is a new purse you are looking for or a new set of discounted luggage, they are worth your time to give a click.  They have specials that change from time to time, but the specials they offer are often for really good discounts (as in 60% sometimes).  Give them a gander.
