In 1986 they were very well received when their premier collection for women was shown off in Milan, Italy. They are known not only for their very fashionable designer purses, but also for being on the cutting edge of fashion in general. As such, sometimes they can get a little bit expensive. That isn't a big concern for some women, but I like to find the best prices that I can. .

Domenico Dolce and partner Stefano Gabbana were quite busy storming the fashion scene during the 1980's. They closed out the decade in 1989 by opening their boutique located in Tokyo, Japan. From there, they went on to continue building what is looking like quite a fashion juggernaut that just keeps gaining in popularity and growing into new areas of designer fashion.
