If you come across someone offering what they say is a brand new Ralph Lauren bag with the original tags for fifty dollars, just keep on walking unless you are OK with picking up a knockoff bag. There is an exception to this rule though. You may see someone auctioning off an authentic bag with an extremely low starting bid price. This is often done to grab the interest of potential buyers. Most people who do this will also slap a reserve price on the bag though so that they don't take a beating on the final selling price. With that said though, many people do still find what could still be considered bargains on these purses. It is all relative to what the original retail cost was for the bag.
