You know what they say about truth being stranger than fiction.  I guess if there is a dollar to be made, someone is going to give it a shot.  Actually, this is a lot less strange than some of the things you see selling on eBay.  Given the historic significance of President Obama bucking the odds and getting elected, I suppose people designing purses with his likeness emblazoned on them aren't doing anything too outrageous.

Honestly, you just never can predict what will happen in fashion.  Sometimes I get pretty deep into strange searches on eBay while I'm looking for deals.  Today I noticed that there were multiple listings of Obama bags and Obama purses popping up all around me!  I don't know how long they will stay popular but there

were quite a few listed with relatively low "buy it now" options.  I'm not sure if that means that sellers want to move them before the excitement of the inauguration dies down or not.  You can sign up free for eBay HERE if you haven't already.  If I were selling them, I don't think I'd want to have any inventory left once I got to mid-February.  Deadstock just takes up valuable space for sellers.
