It seems like every time I turn around, someone is having a purse party.  These seem to be quite the rage in parts of the United States.  I'm not sure about international locations.   For those who are unfamiliar with the idea, they are a bit like a Tupperware or Partylite event.  The host provides the space and gets a few perks from the distributor.    I suppose there are different arrangements but I don't know of any major purse manufacturers who use this distribution model.
